Mandatory Subscription
The monthly subscription allows you to receive a discount of 20 to 25% while freeing you from the need to pay your bills. Invoices are automatically issued at the same time as the payments are made.
Fixed regularity
A monthly or bimonthly visit to ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of my work.
Integration into a mandatory route
Once the subscription is launched, we will schedule intervention times together by integrating you into a route.
Annual cleaning of the sign is mandatory
If you have a sign, its annual cleaning is mandatory. This does not prevent you from cleaning it more often or taking advantage of my additional services.

A subscription allows, on a monthly or annual basis, to pay for a certain number of annual services. In other words, a client paying €100 per service and wanting 6 services per year can choose to pay €50 per month with a monthly subscription or €600 per year with an annual subscription. From this amount, approximately 8.33% discount is deducted for the monthly subscription and 16.66% discount for the annual subscription. The first payment of this subscription is made online via a secure third-party service and the following payments are made automatically by direct debit via the same third-party service. Invoices are generated automatically at the same frequency as the payments.
Yes! Although window cleaning is often considered a service reserved for professionals, I mainly work for private individuals.
For convenience, I invite you to pay online upon receipt of the invoice by debit card, credit card, or Bancontact. A third-party service handles the payment via a secure link.
However, I also accept payments via QR Code, by debit card through a payment terminal, by bank transfer, in cash, or in crypto.
For subscriptions, only bank direct debits are allowed.
The soap used to clean windows, frames, etc. is biodegradable. I also use a steam cleaner and a reverse osmosis water system that allows me to clean without using a single detergent.
In rare cases, I need to use products that can be toxic. In this case, all precautions are taken to preserve the environment, your building, and my health.
Yes, even though in the majority of cases, this represents an additional charge to be added to the cleaning amount. Indeed, by the time my services are called, the limescale is generally very embedded, which requires much more time.
Yes. If a client contacts me after you have spoken to them about me, they will receive 10% off their next bill, and so will you.
