Here are some frequently asked questions about my services.

Do you work in private homes?

Yes, although window cleaning is often seen as a service reserved for professionals, I mainly work for private individuals.

How do I pay?

For your convenience, I invite you to pay online on receipt of your invoice by credit card or bancontact. A third-party service will take care of payment via a secure link.

However, I also accept payment by QR Code, credit card via a payment terminal, bank transfer, cash or cryptos.

For subscriptions, only direct debits are authorized.

Are your products toxic to the environment?

The soap I use to clean windows, frames, etc. is biodegradable. I also use a steam cleaner and an osmosis water system, which allow me to clean without the use of a single detergent.

In rare cases, I may need to use products that can be toxic. In such cases, every precaution is taken to protect the environment, your building and my health.

Do you remove limescale from windows?

Yes, although in most cases this means an extra charge on top of the cost of cleaning. This is because, by the time you call on my services, the limescale is usually very encrusted, so it takes much longer.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. If a customer contacts me after you've told them about me, they'll get 10% off their next bill, and so will you.

What areas are covered by your services?

I don't limit my radius of action, and I work just as well in the provinces of Namur, Hainaut and Walloon Brabant, for example.
