Lubrication of the hardware
Often overlooked but essential for the longevity of your frames, the lubrication of the hardware is done 1 to 2 times a year. This way, you avoid rust, noise, and the jamming of mechanisms.

A shower wall easily becomes covered with limescale (tartar) over time. Nevertheless, I offer a specialized cleaning and protection service for shower walls. This way, I remove the limescale and prevent it from coming back.

Yes! Although window cleaning is often considered a service reserved for professionals, I mainly work for private individuals.
For convenience, I invite you to pay online upon receipt of the invoice by debit card, credit card, or Bancontact. A third-party service handles the payment via a secure link.
However, I also accept payments via QR Code, by debit card through a payment terminal, by bank transfer, in cash, or in crypto.
For subscriptions, only bank debits are allowed.
The soap used to clean windows, frames, etc... is biodegradable. I also use a steam cleaner and a reverse osmosis water system that allow me to clean without using a single detergent.
In rare cases, I need to use products that can be toxic. In this case, all precautions are taken to preserve the environment, your building, and my health.
Yes, even though, in the majority of cases, this represents an additional charge to be added to the cleaning amount. Indeed, by the time my services are called, the limescale is generally very embedded, which requires much more time.
Yes. If a client contacts me after you have spoken to them about me, they will receive 10% off their next bill, and so will you.
I do not limit my range of action and I operate in the provinces of Namur, Hainaut, and Brabant Wallon, for example.
